Assam await eagerly for the launch of flights from its
international air base at Gopinath Bordoloi airport, Guwhati to Dhaka capital
city of Bangladesh in the advent of growing new economic strategy with both the
nations.
Central initiative this direct flight connectivity between Assam,
Guwahati to Dhaka, Bangladsh is to be set
from March first week by this year 2019. In this aviation based economic tie up
between two countries is initiated from the neighboring nation Bangladesh by Shah
Mohammad Tanvir the Bangladesh Assistant
High Commissioner to India.
Monsur emphasized on networking’s influence in economic
empowerment where aviation connectivity is the right code to establish business
relationship with North East India states during one-day workshop on
'Responsible Tourism' in Guwahati at the State Convention Centre on Monday.
