This is a cool approach by Nagaland state of
India on Republic Day to initiate with an unique in-bent to boost patriotism
with emphasis on generous move where in the heart of its capital city Kohima
various groups will voluntarily cheer up people in need of care and motivation
by visiting varied platforms.
Influential organizations, NGO's and clubs plans
to visit Homes and institutions on January 26 when India will be celebrating the
grand national moment the Republic Day. Targeted areas will be like Naga
Hospital Kohima (NHK), Old Age Home, Orphanage and Destitute Home, differently-
abled children of Cherry Blossom, Mental Health Institute and Bright Morning
Star Orphanage where offerings will be made on their parade grounds by various small
to big groups.
Some of the listed volunteers like Kohima Press
Club, SBI Kohima Branch, Nagaland Association for Adventure Mountaineering
Education (NAAME) and Kohima District Legal Service Authority will shower their
benevolence towards weaker groups along many rest to make 2017 Republic day a
memorable one.
