Manipur Villagers With Spade Vs Auto Owners Pave Different Roads

Under recent heated campaign by The Sangai Express on failing traffic regulation due to adverse road condition in Imphal capital of Manipur, blames government's liberal approach towards United Diesel Auto Owners and Drivers Union whereas on the contrary in the same state villagers are working hand in hand to give a concrete shape to its lifeline as proper road can only save them from adversities.
