It is a
long term battle in between the Hmar militant group HPC (D) and Mizoram Government
due to demand for an autonomous district council which includes lands near
Manipur border.
Failure
of peace in between the two groups is due frail attention to HPC (D)’s demand
for permanent solution by Mizoram Government according to Hamar.
According
to Mizoram Home Minister R Lalzirliana solution for peace settlement in between
the two groups is possible after the second round of negotiation talk to be
held by mid-September. But the climax of agreement between the two groups won’t
settle for an autonomous district council as demanded by Hamar Militant
according to R Lalzirliana.
