25th December a day that spreads so much joy in Manipur, marking the grand eve Christmas and ruling Party’s former leader late PM Atal Bihari Vajpaee's birthday, the state Chief Minister N Biren Singh celebrated the auspicious moment by launching the Iril river bridge Nagoi of Imphal with great motive ‘Go to Hills and Go to Village.’
This initiative is made in perspective to meet the needs of the interior region people of hills and village to have connectivity with rest of Manipur. This Nagoi bridge could be stated as the lifeline for the 35 ethnic communities remaining in the hills and villages adjoining to it as it would bridge the gap and unite them and help grow.
