Presumed to be the act of nature’s fury for the cause artificial flood which was later sidelined with discovery of erratic engineering of water outlet that has put life out of gear after minute landfall of heavy shower in Guwahati city.
The scenario of Guwahati lifestyle has changed drastically when people had to curse pool of water after an hour of rain. It is definitely a human error that has transformed normal lifestyle of people to erratic as where they don’t have to take umbrella or transport to reach their destination after short measure of rain have to change their logistic as per to recent evidences.
Smart action was much estimated from such caliber and edged Chief Minister that ever any state of North east could assume. Challenge of Guwahati flood if Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma could overcome then he will be declared best national CM in flood control cause he can immediately take over state level issue relating to inundation.
