On to a new term the Assam government is on creation of symbiotic phase for organization interested to set up economic base here but without any liability on its human resources and will not entertain any PSUs (public sector undertakings).
Concept of state owned corporation or enterprises will be disposed for safe game as during its complete shut down the government undergoes a loss to rehabilitate the human resources which is experienced with PSUs set up.
The government rather being logistic in its play would rather concentrate on advantageous ventures like oil refineries, education and health to stay away from socialism to avoid share of loss at complete destabilization of the running organization.
