Nagaland demands Centre to boost agro national or regional institutes all over the state at 25th regional committee meet of ICAR Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Y Kikheto Sema the Nagaland Agriculture Production Commissioner marked that the state has no such agricultural institutes to the standard of regional and national level as the region has highest potentiality to deliver excellent agriculture turnover. In respect the Nagaland Government has demanded a College of Agriculture under the Central Agricultural University at the State Agriculture Research Station in Mokokchung district at Yisemyong.
