Fast acquisition of land for the greed of development of concrete infrastructure have impelled land grabbers to act illegally where such a case came to light at Dikhowmukh on 13th December where huge greenery was ravaged by two contractors with machinery tools without th permission of the owner and forest department.
Bap Chandra Borthakur of Raghubari under Kharadhara revenue village impelled to approach the Sivsagar district administration for legal action against the notorious land grabbers as police failed to register case. Illegally plundered area was a nestle for rare birds and many animals.
