Hit by pandemic the auto-rickshaws of Guwahati planned to stir protest against the annual Rs. 3500 tax by the Assam government.
Auto rickshaw coordination committee demanded earlier tax law as per the number of years as pandemic protocols have impacted their businesses hardly.
