Now the government based Kalaphar health center to run as COVID care center under the direction of Assam Health Minister Kesab Mahanta.
According to the Assam Health Minister Kesab Mahanta.there is requirement of such hospital as there are cases where treatments are required for the COVID recovered patients. The Kalaphar Government hospital will be termed as post COVID hospital to serve post COVID complication cases.
