Fake medical practitioners are into boom business after owning certified license from established medical organizations to which the Kamrup district health department has launched mega drive to stop such illegal practice.
Indian Council of MedicoTechnicals and Healthcare, Council of Alternative System Medicines and Central Board of Medical Sciences and Health Research are some of the unfamiliar names of organizations that issued illegal licenses to fake practitioners.
This drive has been conducted by the Kamrup district health department due to number of casualty cases under the fake medical practitioners who took advantage of ignorant and illiterate section of people. This fake medical licensers was on high taking advantage of the pandemic situation before they got tapped in the law maker’s eye.
