RTE Act comes in rescue for the same class detainee as Meghalaya government directs strict action against those schools which dared to do the unlawful act of detention where major students’ parents do effort to buy smart phones to submit exam paper online.
Meghalaya’s some schools are not ready to take back the detainee students to the next level class and ready to go against government rule. RTE Act’s new instruction as per to no detention policy do not allow detention of students appearing online exam from Class 1 to class VIII. The main purpose of this new RTE Act policy is to help student to continue learning without fail.
