Free vaccination 18 years above demanded by the Indian
Medical Association to Prime Minister Modi in written due to surge of COVID-19 affected
cases in India that has become worldwide record of ninety thousand plus.
It has been suggested by IMA to make vaccination mandatory in
public places to curtail affected cases and allow in private healthcare to
issue vaccine to all age group starting above eighteen years. Previously
vaccination was demanded to age 50 above people but now due to COVID peak the strategy
of vaccination was changed. Everything depends upon strategic vaccine
production in India to the outgrowing figure of COVID cases.
