Logistic of green bonus added in this new conservation initiative to help all states in this Himalayan belt to analyze the changes of river courses or the detail behavior of the respective state’s rivers to drive effectively Prime Minister’s water conservation mission without affecting the green environment during the process of development.

As currently there is not one state in Himalayan belt taking from Jammu to Tripura which eco-system had not been damaged extensively or went off balance with extensive deposition of silt, sand and weeds in the areas.
