Golghat, Assam Massacre Of Near 200 Is Leading Imbalance State To Liquor Ban Aftermath



Recent  near death of 200 people victimized under poisonous liquor intake in Golaghat district of Assam has lead the authority to impose severe ban on liquor to which aftermath the addicted victims are now fighting a battle to overpower the monster inside them.

Many a people in hundreds lay now in the drug rehabilitation and healthcare centers for mental trauma relief against the fight over liquor.

Assam government, mass and security has made major attempt to drive out mafia rig on country liquor production that is not only sinking lives from every households but deteriorating the phase of state’s system. It is particularly to this weakness people have stated to trade in illegal activities, putting state’s progress in stake.



The challenges is far greater than expected after liquor ban success in major parts of the state as the addicted to liquor has the same symptoms as followed in drug addict. Now this is leading healthcare centers over crowded with liquor addicted victims for mental and other abnormality relief. The question and challenge that lies ahead of the government is as to  how balance in between two missions health and liquor ban in the state?
