Earlier no
one from India has edged with a brilliant budget layout where it introduces a
scheme of gold distribution to major minor group to empower women at the same time which had won even Centre’s appreciation and categorized it as the top standard based state budget of India that meets all
the four criteria.
Criteria of this year 2019 Assam Budget stands unique which includes a scheme of Rs.25, 000 provision to a widow of 45 years, 10 gm gold to minor group women during marriage to a certain figure, free education stuffs to children whose parents' pay scale is below 2 lakh and best of all is slash price of Rs. 3 to Rs. 1 for 1 kg rice to the people below poverty line are certain attractive features then can boost public's favor for BJP in the next election.
