Mizoram Witness Rapid Polling Entry Where Assam Fumes

On a contrary note for the first time in Northeast polling history witnessed remarkable positive polling process with rapid entry of voters in the booth centres for voting without waste of time where in Assam’s Panchayat election, particular villages refrained from voting due to change of polling centres to an abrupt distance without people’s consent.

In a fast paced world it is not only technology that matters but even systematic  arrangements counts a lot to give dimension to successful voting without any hassle of running in queue as now in Mizoram had witnessed the first queue less polling where the voters need to appear as per to the timing mentioned.

It is in the joint effort of the state’s Election Office members along with Young Mizo Association this remarkable attempt in Indian polling history has been made for the first time by arranging queue less booth centre in Kolasib Constituency of Mizoram.
