Clinic Centre To Boost Nagaland's Growing Agro Business


Bio-tech emergency in Nagaland agro sector has become pertinent as prevention against its rich soil has been witnessed recently to be uncontrollable due to drastic climatic impact due to which Agro clinic has been launched for medicinal solution for the first time for proper crop and fruit harvesting by the Deputy Commissioner of Kiphire, Nagaland.


Nagaland has rich soil and has higher potentiality to outgrow organic products in greater scale if proper clinical guidance is provided by Agro experts. This Agro clinic is established with best vision to ensure retain fertility of Nagaland’s rich soil through conduct proper medicinal training on plants growth to farmers to avert crop loss and ensure greater productivity. Incessant rain has the highest possibility to trigger soil damage and this set up of clinic is to help farmers confront the environmental changes and to garner quick recovery of losses.


According to Nagaland’s District Agriculture Officer (DAO) the urgency in preserving traditional food security system has become intense due to increasing failure in soil maintenance of its current land and forest. Implementation of the latest bio-technology is estimated as an alternate best solution to counteract soil problem and understand best method to outgrow the rare essential crop in the land.
