Arunachal Pradesh Brings The Fusion Of Tribes And Modern Art In Its First Gallery Venture



Noted artist from all parts of India graced the noble moment of Chimchoo Art Gallery inauguration by the AP (Arunachal Pradesh) government to help bloom the budding artists and give space for creative minds to expose their sublime creation on abstract emotion, often left unspoken and unnoticed.


On this great moment of the art gallery launch in Arunachal Pradesh, noted artists from Assam like Deben Dewan and Dr. Moushumi Kandali graced the event by sharing their valuable thoughts on how preservation of past art of local tribes can potentially help evolve the contemporary art. 


Noted Padmashree winner and  a writer Mamang Dai who made the grand opening of Arunachal's Chimchoo Art Gallery on Sunday 23rd September reflected the importance of such venture to promote the rich culture of the state through the medium of art. One can estimate the historical background of a region only through the methodology of unearthing the art encryption by the local tribe and preserving it to drive the modern artistic minds.
