Pressure
is on both sides centre and local people due to which Manipur Chief Minister
Okram Ibobi Singh planned to stage UNC (United Naga Council) as outlaw if
unable to normalize the tense situation of the state through exchange of dialogues
with the group.
The
Congress Legislature Party (CLP) called an early hour meeting to take label UNC’s
act as outlaw if they continue to infringe hardship on people through highway blockades
as the Centre is not willing to proceed talks with the group prior their blockade
continuation.
