It is like a chase scenario in various departments for multiple new
scheme completion after the don of the new leader of Assam, the newly appointed
Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal is soaring the temperature high to gear up for
major development in the state.
Sonowal is a detail person and practically keep abreast to all
crucial minor matters, tremendously doing round of his bit of work himself by
intruding in progress work unlike relaxed Tarun Gogoi.
According to official report the officers of each department handling
the schemes are showered with deadlines to gather certificates desired for particular
different department schemes. Task is easy but the time limit has been
shortened, giving a chase to the employees without any ideal time to spare.
Whatever the consequences be, failure to produce the demanded
output from a particular scheme sanction within time, the head of the
department will have to answer on entire unit’s effort. Moreover it is a matter
of money and its time Assam needs a govt for more transparency on proper fund
usage for a prosperous state.
