Monsoon Threat Preparedness in Northeast

Everyone in Northeast knows monsoon has arrived but rarely prepared for the unseen threat like bacteria which attacks in disguise, hidden in damp and wet areas causing great toll to health and lives.

Usage of used clothes like towels, napkins and dress to dry out rain waters can spread active virus generated from the user. In such case keep in handy an anti-fungal powder to apply over open sore area, injured through cut areas and sticky sweat area to seal from infection.

Contact of malignant water over such sensitive areas could aggravate the condition of the skin. To counteract exterior virus attack it is important to keep yourself internally strong. Drink water in liters; consume more of fresh fruits and best seasonal fruits to retain a healthy skin.

Threat to body during monsoon mainly derived from bacteria and fungus that finds home in humid, damp and wet conditions. Your skin is your precious assets and it needs to be guarded from itch and rash, developed through spread of infection. Best wear recommended is cotton clothes, helps suck out moist and effectively keep your skin dry.

For athlete's foot it is recommended not to wear shoes that do not dry easily like canvas and leather types. Slipper footwear is best recommended as it does not retain water for long, keeps the feet dry and free from fungal infection. Coconut oil application and cotton keep the quality of the skin intact.
