Assam DGP Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta taking on to the educative malpractice in state madrasas has processed to design a master directory wherein will fit the accounts of the directory list produced by the Tanzim Council secretary Maulana Abdul Qadir.
But the road ahead in creating a master directory will be a challenging job as much of the madrasas in Assam are unregistered which is the biggest hurdle to control function of dogmatic radical elements.
