It has been determination to end single use plastics by empowering manufacturers and sellers with alternative pursuit for living the Assam State cabinet made a strategy with various departments like Revenue, Industries, Science & Technology, Climate Change and Urban Development to layout Centre’s policy to phase out single-use plastics by 2022 end.
The departments from various divisions to build a roadmap to end single use plastics by the year end where rehabilitation is one of the top priority to effectively erase this environment threatening technique by providing alternative option for those living on plastic goods preparation technique.
