In an attempt to evacuate majority of stranded Indians in terror ripped Afghanistan, India government ensured that those left out countrymen can make it to the special cell arranged in the country via email and messages so that Indian security can reach them.
There is still estimation of stranded Indians in different parts of Afghanistan to which the Ministry of External Affairs has installed a special cell to speed up the evacuation process. Since the Indian Embassy is closed the future remains uncertain of further ties with Afghanistan.
