Lawlessness exceeds during
election in Tripura due to extremity of certain political heads who are giving the Election Commission a tough time
when the electoral body had to reschedule
18th April poll date to 23rd April for fair polling in
the Tripura (East) Lok Sabha seat.
Under the growing challenges of
lawlessness by certain miscreant groups the state chief electoral officer along
with special police observer revealed about the growing concern of insecurity
for free and fair poll due to which dates had to be changed.
