Assam Disaster Authority Has Taken Special Transitional Measure To Build Hope For The Vulnerable


Marking ‘Chldren Day’ the ASDMA (Assam State Disater Managing Authority) has initiated workshop on ‘ Child Friendly Spaces (CFSs) with UNICEF on 14th November to create emergency spaces with required facilities to secure a child’s future undergoing through trauma of a particular situation or when abandoned or unattended.


Keeping in account of unpredictable situation due to natural disaster as well as crime related factors the ASDMA’s CEO Rajesh Prasad emphasized on the growing necessity of such transitional spaces to prepare for the emergency call and help secure and nourish the vulnerable ones to protect state’s future.
