After International US based Marriott hotel now the Hotel Crowborough construction is on a halt and the
delay in process may extend to max four years as lot of issues have come up
against this tourism enhancement idea as Meghalaya localities are not willing to
evacuate and shift their decades old trade to space them in.
If HM Cements would have cleared the rent to the
Municipal Board instead of emphasizing the government for extension in clearing
remaining 50% the delay in construction would not have occurred.
