A heaven on earth Arunachal Pradesh which is still on snail pace where technology and advancement of metro world is concerned has paced up a bit with launch of two digital billboards at its two destinations at the Town Club and second mile by Chou Zingnu Namchoom the Namsai legislator.
After Papum Pare it is a privilege for Namsai to become the second district to have billboard communication channel as already Arunachal is in the extreme need to promote its potentialities where MLA Chou Zingnu was in exaltation to launch the campaign boards in presence of deputy commissioner Tapasya Raghav and superintendent of police Ankit Singh.
